I just finished day 2 albeir a couple of hours after day 3 was meant to start but i havent got a day 3 ive got a wait for next day?

IVe got the same problem contacted Firemonkeys - Daughters puppy showing on sim trackers mine isnt :/

Anyone had a puppy disappear? im up to the sit on couch part cant find the pup anywhere - my daughters game on ipad has pup on sims tracker my iphone doesnt ..... Any ideas? ive submitted a req to Firemonkeys but once phone charges gonna go have another look :/
