Maybe try a reboot of your iPad?

Ok here's my 2 cents.. Your sim is at a house that had fruit trees added after your sim got there. FM does not allow us to visit houses with plants from the current event. When a sim is watching tv, if they are sitting off to the side, they now turn their head to look at the tv instead of looking straight ahead. I haven't noticed they are turning their head.
