So why did I have to spend millions on building the island for the quest to start.. Only to win the island and villa that I already have?

What a waste time f time. Been playing this every moment I could, got 9 hours left and there's no way I'm going to get either of the hair chairs, for cutting etc.... Got zero chance of getting the chalet yet I've been doing the quest at every opportunity. Spent over 40 lps trying to get through it quicker, still 2 sections to get through and only a few hours left. What a waste of time and lps

How do you get 5 sims to trick or treat! They can't do it all together... I had 3 pairs of adults and that didn't work..

Please help. Updated today to penthouse update and now the game won't open, it just crashes straight away. Have tried all the usual, turning off device etc, no good. I've obviously spent a fortune on this game over the years, I need to get back in! Where do you report this kind of thing to?
