Today i tried to go onto my sims and it said the latest update has not been installed yet and it says to contact firemonkeys but they didn't help me. There is no latest update on the Halloween update which i already have. Are you on an android that's has a operating system lower than 4.0? (lollipop)

I'm on Android and I have the update so it must not be out for ios yet
