Alternative way of searching for topics

The forum indexes the posts, but if words are becoming too common it doesn't show enough results (if at all).

Google also indexes the forum (as do other search engines).
To search on google for something on the forum, use something like this example:
site:simsfp.perturbee.net neighbor house social goal
It will only show results found on the forum...

A single word works too, but might give too many results, for example:
site:simsfp.perturbee.net podium

I'm quite sure other search engines like Bing and Yahoo can/should do the same trick.

Yes, Bing and Yahoo are same like Google for using this search query, but there is a big difference in the number of pages indexed when compared to Google, see here
