Mockingbird288z is now a moderator

Hi all,
After some consideration (and a brief private discussion), I've made Leah a moderator. (mockingbird288z)
This means that she has the abilities to move/edit posts/topics to the appropriate place(s), can warn users and deal with any rules violations.
Her name shows in green to signify her role.
While there isn't any urgent necessity at the moment, I felt it was better to have someone in addition to Erin and me to look after the forum. Thankfully spam is well under control and we have such a wonderful community that moderating is rarely needed.
If there are any issues or questions, please let me know.
