I didn't see any changes, but they can change that at any time remotely.
Normally prices remain the same throughout an update and I don't expect a new update until the end of January. This quest and the time limited hobby rewards span 3 weeks.

Ah right, thanks for explaining, at least I know the price of the houseboat I want to buy won't go up any time soon!

Wonder what time it will be available. It's 3.30am on the 2nd here and still no sign of it! I was hoping for a midnight start to get some of it out of the way and start a long task before I sleep (vampire sleep schedule here due to being on holidays and the heat!), Looks like a good quest, very excited for the new things! Thanks again Perturbee - you are a lifesaver (or at the very least a HUGE time saver!)

Strange, it should pop up just after midnight (I just checked the screenshots), at least the announcement to visit the couple in the park. Did you check the park? If nothing is there, maybe restart the game or your device.

Edit: Maybe it's one of those midnight GMT ones, I do hope not.

Checked the park and the dancers are there! A notification did flash up earlier but I must have tapped and it disappeared before I got a chance to see what it was for. Ready to start now!

How many SP's exactly does the Villa cost to build? I'm sorry if it was written somewhere on here. I'm too excited for this so I just skimmed. I currently only have 10 SP's. So I'm assuming I need to grind for more today. Lol.

SP125/175. You need to have a browse around the forum for tips to gather SPs.

Thanks a lot for all the information! I have a question: since I'm not finished with other main quests, will the dancing quest add itself to my main quests queue? Or will it run in parallel as a special event quest?

It might run parallel because, IIRC, the Book of Spells runs parallel to the queued quests. And this quest is like the Book of Spells in that you decide when it starts.
