To me there is a 7 days limit. So strange to find the quest here, it popped up for me 3 mins ago, and in Thailand they got it a week before us

There's 7 days to get the new outfits for the Puppies and Kittens in the Pet Store.

Mine just popped out a few minutes ago. Have not confirmed to start yet? Just waiting for someone to post whether's a time limit, as I am about to go out & cant start now.

You don't have to start it now, as it is a discovery quest, and can be started anytime.

Have you gone to the town view to try and trigger the pop up? Maybe try force closing your game and opening it back up?

Thanks for the info. But blah that there's a time limit on the Puppy Pals to get the poodle while Internet Kitten doesn't have it. But of course the flip side is that they both could have been timed.
