Discovery Quest: Vacationers Guide To The Outdoors Question

I'm having a problem with this quest. It says call a Sim to the park, but nothing happened. According to the blog, it should immediately move to the next task. I just finished investigating the trash at home. I did this quest in my original game, but I honestly don't remember. I am thinking this is an error and as soon as he arrived to the park, it should have gone to next task. Does anyone know? Thanks!

I may be wrong, but did you really go to the park? Your picture shows the camp grounds, that's a different location.
