Note: Times may vary as they depend on the star rating of the used objects and your Sim‘s mood. (Inspired Sims will be faster, happy Sims will do the tasks at a normal speed, sad Sims will need more time.)

1. Visit Health Hub
2. Research gym etiquette 5 mins
3. Train on the cross trainer 15 mins
4. Clean up the kitchen (5 hours 45 mins), (5 hours 15 mins) and (10 hours 25 mins)
5. Refresh with a drink 5 mins
6. Watch Barry's fitness bonanza 1 hours 15 mins
7. Kick over trash can 2 secs
8. Investigate the music (immediately upon entering park)
9. Meet the dancing man 5 mins
10. Dance with Skippy 2 hours 30 mins
11. Tell Skippy the time 6 hours 15 mins
12. Snore in a bed 9 hours
13. Revisit the Health Hub
14. Set up the new machine 2 x 19 hours 45 mins (Can be done with 2 Sims at the same time.)
15. Use the rowing machine 25 mins
16. Flex for another sim 5 mins
17. Call Skippy on the phone 6 hours
18. Sleep fitfully on the bed 12 hours
19. Send dance part invites on a computer 4 mins
20. Have a dance party 7 hours 30 mins (Stereo, extra option)
21. Ask Skippy for advice 5 mins
22. Comfort Skippy 1 hours 15 mins
23. Agree to help Skippy 13 hours 15 mins
24. Return to Health Hub
25. Set up the aerobics space (10 hours 25 mins), (19 hours 45 mins) and (19 hours 45 mins)
26. Say farewell to skippy 5 mins


The aerobics hobby event will start right after finishing the quest!
The aerobic mats can be found at the Promotions R us Store or at the Home Store in the related tab. You can have up to 15 Sims doing this hobby at the same time - 14 at any homes, 1 at the Health Hub.
Every time you buy a mat, the next one will cost more Simoleons - the 9th mat will cost SP and also the SP amount decreases. Place and use as many mats as you can to get all the outfits.

By the looks of it... We only get the one set and only for adults.. More to unlock with the aerobic step hobby.

Wow...this quest looks like it's gonna take a long time. Some of the quest steps are quite long:

Set up the aerobics space (10h 25m), (19h 45m) and (19h 45m)

Does this mean you have to set up three times? That's over 2 days just for that step!!

No. You can use 3 sims to do those tasks simultaneously.

However with the kitchen cleanup you can't do the longest task until the other 2 are completed. You can use 2 sims for the 5 hour cleanups.

Yep ... that's a packed 7 days. I have a VIP time extension from an impulsive purchase (regret it now). Can anyone tell me how much extra time this will give me?? I can use LP's .... but which is better if i run out of time? Is the time extension worth saving or should i just use it if needed??

Time extensions add 24 hours.

It depends on how many extra LPs you have, I guess. Time extensions are now also possible rewards for some marketplace events so it's likely you will get another one at some point. But then LPs are easier to recoup.
