Hmmm still no maternity tokenS 😔
Did you have to start the quest again after resetting? Was the maternity store already built before the cloud save?

If the resetting didn't work I would put in a ticket with the firemonkeys.

So I’ve reset the game, deleted and reinstalled, waited and waited for the 500 maternity tokenS to appear but still nothing. I’ve contacted technical support but not heard back. So annoying because I have the big white hand pointing telling me to go there but then I can’t do anything. Any other suggestions from anyone please?

Sorry copperwood only just seen response, I’m new to all this 😆
The store was there after reset so everything stayed the same. I’ve sent a couple of msgs to the fire monkeys and eagerly awaiting a response. I’m not sure how long they take to replay? Was thinking it would be quicker than it has been .

Firemonkeys are no speed demons. It could take a few days. Did you get an automated response yet to confirm that they received your ticket?

Help! My pregnant Sim has the task to walk in the park. But when I send her to the park and tap her I don’t get any options. Has anyone figured this one out yet?

Tap on the lake. I think that is what worked for me.

I'm doing another pregnancy event right now and today the total amount of time for my pregnant sims tasks are adding up to 23 hours and 50 minutes. When is she supposed to be sleeping?
