Oh dear... What a rip off :(

Is it possible to reset your game and get rid of it?

For 100 sp on a premium lot it comes with a pool and a bigger detached room and a diving board and it is much more worth it

I think this is firemonkeys' attempt to "listen to us" and give us something we "want" because many people like to build their own homes (that's what the empty lot's for, right?). I guess they didn't realize we like to use the items that come in the houses we build

Edit:

The info on the update page says: "Do-It-Yourself - Renovate brand new house templates into your dream estate"
HFN: 22 West Side -- Includes dog and cat
Lakeside Christmas Update

I don't mind spending SP on the Scandinavian house or houseboats where you get something special or lots of SP furniture...but can't see why they are charging 50 SP for this? You could build a sanctuary for 12 LP (or 22 on premium lot) and rework it quite cheaply to look the same.

Still quite expensive IMO. Building a pool with simoleons isn't that time-consuming compared with how hard it is to earn all those SPs. The house would be worth buying if it included at least some SP items :|
