Post-update Mystery Box?

I have enough keys for the biggest mystery box... Is it better to open it before I update or after?
Anyone have any experience with this?

I'm not particularly bothered about the contents, though I guess more LP will help to fight off death or unlock the beach/arcade stuff.
I don't suppose there's any possibility of getting an orb in a mystery box after you update??

I doubt youll get orbs. I just got my first 10 key box last night! im rather new

I got 50 lps, some xps and simoleons, a few resources (chisel, wind, and tv cameo), and a black sink. kind of lame for 10 weeks of play time but I didnt bother even resetting as im grateful for the lps at this point.

my guess is that the contents will remain similiar, provided they didnt scrap half the lps you recieve. id buy it before you update just in case. you can always reset and re download if youre unhappy with your prize.

I reckon it'd be better to buy the box before you update since inflation does exist

Has anyone opened any of the mystery boxes after updating?
Is the contents similar to what you got before updating, better or worse?

I'd love to know whether to open it now or after I update!

I made some tests tonight because I still have 12 keys.

So I reset several Times my game and upload to see different 10 key boxes.
No orb inside....

I get lot of LPs, some resources, XP, simoleons and few SPs.
Seems to be the same as before updating.....
