Hi, after we permanently pause aging on a sim using Platinum orb, if we don't want that sims anymore, can we get the orb back? Or is it gone forever?

You can age a paused Sim. So if you decide you'd prefer a teen to a preteen, you could age your Sim and still have them paused as a teen.
