Just got the pop up that I collected enough resources to build the Sim Town Sign. Question...where is it? And does it require Simoleons, lps, sps or more resources?

The Sim Town Sign is part of the Teen Idol event which will be released mid November.
So you can't build the Sim Town Sign yet. The message that you got was a glitch.

Most definitely a glitch .... Has to be. The same as I had on my competition centre to enter a teen into the teen idol competition !! I entered one of my teens anyway & came 4th & got 500 xp & 500 simoleons !!!
