Pet Collars won't equip

I've got one dog with a collar and I've just tried to equip another dog with one and the salon will take my money, but the pet doesn't get a collar (I tried it out on multiple pets including cats). Anyone else having this trouble? I've reset and reinstalled.

I just checked this in my game (sorry I didn't check earlier!). I have the same thing happening. When I go to select what collar I want on a pet (I tested a cat) the color doesn't show on the pet like it should and then when I buy it it still doesn't show up. When I go back to pet salon with the same pet it was as if I didn't buy a collar for her. I even tested to see if just the collar was invisible but my cat wasn't allowed to the pet park because she didn't have a collar.

In my game I found everything as it's supposed to be. Every pet got his collar. I even bought a new adult dog and a puppy, aged him up and bought a collar.

It's pretty weird that the game doesn't give the collars to your pets

Interesting. I have one dog with a collar, so this is a relatively new thing.

I am having this problem too, anyone found a fix for it yet?

I had the same problem with cats, the collar sort of didn't want to apply.
But I managed to solve it somehow, I think I toggled between cats and dogs and back and suddenly it applied to the cat.
