Sims freeplay restarted for no reason

I was trying to get all of the resources on Sims freeplay on my kindle fire when all of a sudden it was erased I didn't even delete it help me.

Do you save to the cloud regularly?

The only time I can save is if I logged on Facebook in which I don't have but I have Amazon Gamecircle in which I wish It would be compatible so I can save.

Well you can download the game again and log in with your Facebook account and see if there's a save available, or you can contact Fire monkeys and tell them and see what they can do. Other than that I don't think there's another recovery option.
