Random sim that I can't interact with appeared on my lot

Random sim that I can't interact with appeared on my lot. The lot is custom-built but with the fence of the france chateau. Does anyone know why?

The Firemonkeys are aware of this issue. The related article on their Help site is here. Looks like you have to contact them.
