Will these houses from the French romance update have a beach view if build on the island?

Since some of the pre-made houses have changed when being build on the island I was just wondered if house lots on the island now(since the Valentine's day update) have a beach view or are they still the same misty fog thing they always had?

There was no change regarding the beach view on the island, so you'll get the fog like allways.

If you build one It stays. But the offer is time limited. Times they stay on offer varies. So if you want one, don't wait.
