New tiles?

I was remodelling my party house when I noticed the second floor bathroom tiles. They aren't available in my home store and I don't think I've seen them before. Was it a prize from a previous event? From an online bundle? Now I'm rethinking the remodelling because I quite like them.

They aren't from a previous prize or an online bundle but they are new. Most likely they'll show up as a future prize in an event or something. I'm sure FM has lots of items and things already coded, they just have to figure out how they want us to grind for them.
