If anyone, like me, missed out in the Laundry Event the fifth house has a washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes hanger

There are new houses again. All of them can be built on standard as well as on premium lots.
I only had a quick view into them. There are two one-square palm trees in the first house, the 7th is a house for neighbors and the 8th includes a room with ten fashion studios.

There are few repeat houses...I've seen them before and even built 2 of them(esp last one on premium lot...i remember because I really liked it's design)...it's disappointing that many players submit their creations but they keep repeating same houses..also in my game it said retro theme but I don't see any special retro theme..
they are just recycling previously seen houses at astronomical prize!
