I got the new popup, "New Architect Homes available". Tapping on "Show me" lead the screen directly to the Ocean View Residence. But all houses can be built on small lots as well.

In the 9th house,(the red brick one with 2 lion statues in front), I noticed a different type of rug. It is 4×3 sized off-whitish in colour. Was it a part of some online bundle or part of any past event?

You can find one in the Lofty Penthouse. I'm not sure, if we can get them from the mystery boxes, too.

At the moment it is only available in the Lofty Penthouse (and this architect home). It doesn't have a name right now.

Am I only one excited about 1x1 palm trees available on one of the lots? Three of them

I was really excited about eighth house having that double lounge chair thingies that were available in the store a while back I really like the aesthetics of that item it reminds me of posh resorts.

I'm waiting for those waterfall like decoration things (don't know its name) which was available with these recliners. I hope it appears in some architect home or become available in online store again

I have 22 hours to go on my fifth build of that house! I really like those lounge chairs but $15 was too much for me.

Ditto! And if it comes back to the online store it would be really nice if it were actually on sale.

New houses and one has a fountain/waterfall! House #8 I believe.
