The penthouse architect homes are pretty nice, I like the first one especially. I’m gonna have to build up my money to build it lol, and maybe the second one too for all that seating.

I'd also like to see Houseboats, but there are none either
Here are screenshots of the tab for 11 houses at Ocean View Residence. 6 of them can only be built on big lots, one of them is a Day Care lot
I also saw a Dog Pool Slide, but I forgot which house it was.

I think the sixth home has been built by our member marktheperson. It was at the architect homes tab while the French Romance update. There are pictures of the original design at that topic:

Unfortunately the FM didn't put back the missing furniture
I do understand, that they don't accept the Chocolatier Bench and the RED game. But I'm missing other objects which have been accepted in newer architect homes lately.

There is something wrong with the architect house on playground template. I can't move any furniture on upper levels...can't even put them in inventory, can't delete rooms or balconies. Only ground floor furnitures are movable. I don't know if any other house also has this problem..

1x1 vanity if anyone still looking for it. 2 in house #3 and 1 in house #6.
I recognise some of the homes, while others are new. As usual, the pricing mystifies.

Yes, I have found this problem with the playground house, only objects on the ground floor are moveable

They've put this house in quite a few of the architect home batches. I'm kinda proud haha!
