Can someone tell me how you get teddy bear quest on sims freeplay cos i can’t find it anywhere?

I got mine as marketplace event prize. I think it was available before as christmas prize but I'm not sure.

Is this the Living Teddy Bear or a different one? I just got a market place event with the living one as a final prize.
