I just updated and didn’t get the quest, only a marketplace event with a robocat as the grand prize. I checked the park and there was a guy all in white but he left. Is this normal and I’ll get the quest later?

I don't think it starts for a few days yet?

According to the schedule that FM gave to Make2 it won't start until December 12th.
