Architect Homes - Will they ever return?

There was this architect home I really wanted to build, but it disappeared from the architect homes catalog. Will they ever return and if so, about how long?
Architect homes are sometimes repeated, sometimes not. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to if or when. The homes are not offered for a fixed period of time before they change. It could be more than a week or just a couple of days. If possible, buy it as soon as you see one you like.
Just an idea, but if you can't afford one you really like, you could try taking lots of screen shots and later use them for inspiration for one you build from scratch,
