Can’t use paper boy or videos on tasks

Hi hopefully someone can help I’m on iPhone 7 and every time I try to use paperboy or task video screen goes black can’t play game for a couple of days after that the screen stays black and won’t load after a couple of days it clears then happens all over again

This bug seems to happen more often lately. There is not much players can do. If the screen turns black, you can force close your game to get back in, but I fear the rewards will be gone.
