What's the quickest way to make a sim tired and loose energy?

TIA

I'm not sure there is a way to specifically make a sim tired. Unfortunately the quickest thing to do would be to just leave them idle. A sim's needs only go down when they are idle.

The only thing we can purposefully lower is hygiene (kick over a trash can and clean it up over and over, swim in a dirty pool, or clean up pee/vomit).
