How do you remove everything on a lot?

I managed to get everything of the lot except the house itself, is there a easier way than demolishing the lot and rebuilding it again?

You can just sell each room by tapping on it in the build more. Then you can rebuild from scratch without demolishing. If you want to buy a pre built home, you will still have to demolish.
