Architect Homes Tab often not showing

It’s been happening to me for quite a while now, the architect homes tab isn’t there all the time. I noticed it only shows up when I get the sort of pop-ups that tell you there are new architect homes available, then a few hours later or the next day i won’t be able to see them again until that pop-up shows, and that happens rarely. Anybody experiencing the same thing or has tried something that worked?
