Wood working Bench

Post by katgames »

So after you make all the sets and get the wood working bench, you still have to pay 1,800 Simoleons??? I thought it was free? Another thing I missed I suppose... Like the Ghost Container. You think you are earning a prize but you're really just earning the right to buy something.

I know right. But 1800 isn't too bad I guess considering the return you'll get from it. Unlike gardening, it costs nothing to use the woodworking bench.

I put as many woodworking benches in one house as I have woodworking Sims (10, because that is the house population limit), provide two expresso machines, etc (all the things they need to stay "inspired") and put my woodworkers to work all together. It makes it relatively easy to babysit them, either at four minute intervals if I have time, or on the one hour task when I don't. It's become my best source of LP and simoleons.

The woodworking Sims quickly earned the simoleons and LP's to furnish the house for inspiration, and to buy each new woodworking bench. I highly recommend it if you are thinking about it!

Okay, okay you got me convinced. I just thought the first one at least would be free. The first one should be free. *nods* I think its the idea, that i think for so long I'm going to get it for free and then I'm disappointed. But Animagif is right, it's really not super expensive. I've had three working in the community center so I might keep that up and put my new bench in my visitors house. It's about the only thing (besides a fire pole) that I didn't have -- I think. Then maybe I will buy more as I can. Thank!
