The official Sims Mobile Twitter account posted that a Bubble Blower event will start May 17th at 10:00am PST.

1. Spread the word about the World of Luxury Event (action between sim friends)
2. Complete a Tasteful Tea Tasting event
3. Take Little Luxuries Tea Set out of storage and place it at Home
4. Use the Little Luxuries Tea Set to share your tea knowledge
5. Complete a Luxurious Leisure event
6. Tap the sofa and consider your home decor
7. Attend one Foodie, Concert, or Studio Party (returning to a party also counts)
8. Complete a Luxurious Leisure event
9. Complete your To Do List
10. Complete a Spice-it-Up Cooking Class event
11. Complete your To Do List
12. Complete a Luxurious Leisure event
13. Complete Friendly Insights event
14. Collect 1700 more deluxe coins (counter only starts once you get to this task).

The Luxurious Bubble Bar is the big prize for the event. Like with the Hot Tub from the Hot Tub event the bubble bar's actions are locked unless you also have other items. The bubble bar needs at least 1 Luxuriously Scrumptious Rug and at least 1 Little Luxuries Plush Pouf (along with just any dining chair already in the game) to unlock all the actions.

Interesting

I see you can get boxes two ways, like in past events. Spend 50 coins you earn or buy one for 75 sim cash. The prizes seem the same, just a different percentage on chance of rare items.

Started Luxurious Leisure Time event. At home. About 6 hours. Mostly uses items around the house - water plant, read book, relax on couch, etc. Hope it doesn't mean I have to pay to fix my furniture more. I usually avoid using items for events when possible as it seems to speed up how often I have to pay to fix them.

I knew we hadn't seen the last of these types of events. *sigh* Here's to working the whole time and doing everything right and still not getting the big prize! Good luck everyone!

FYI, the 5th part of the quest is to do the Luxurious Leisure Time event and the 7th is to attend a studio, foodie, or concert party.

Edit to add: Returning to a party (if it's one of the ones required counts!)

You tap on your friends and choose the opttion to spread word about event. Do five times. Can use any of your sims. Other person must be a friend.

Tasks so far. They complete in seconds unless time listed. Time shorter with helping.

TIPS
Try not to attend all daily parties until task 7
Can start Luxurious Leisure ahead of time, but be sure not to complete until you're ready for task 5.

1. Spread word to friends. Tap on friend to find task. Do 5 times.
2. Complete Tasteful Tea Testing at cafe 4 hours
3. Place tea set in your home. You get it free, look in your storage. Can be put on floor or outside if you don't have table soace.
4. Invite someome over to share tea. Tap on tea set.
5. Complete Luxurious Leisure event at home. 6 hours
6. Consider current home decor
7. Attend foodie, concert, or studio party.
8. Complete Luxurious Leisure event at home. 6 hours once event resets (20 hours after completion for reset)

Friends meaning a sim friend of your sim. Does not mean facebook friend.
