Note:
Film making is best carried out at 1-level house as time get reset when moving up or down level.
Though ghost hunting time no longer get reset in 2/3 level house, there's a chance that the escaping ghost might get trapped in-between the levels. So still best done at 1-level house.

Thanks for posting this great list!

I was missing the oven .... until I found the stove
It's good to have the cheapest oven/stove for the goals "burn waffles" and "extinguish a fire".
The chances are higher to getvit burned This tip was mentioned at the FM forum from another user.

We also need an MPfreePlayer from the preteen section.
The 2-star frog has still the shortest time, 25 minutes, for the album!

Btw. Since the Teen Update 1 haunted item is not enough anymore
The item you start on has to recharge, before you can use it again. If the last item is a ghostery item, it has to recharge, too.

It is a House For Neighbours.
It is a house where we pût everything needed for our neighbours to accomplish the goals to get social points. The neighbours don't waste their Time to look for objects, everything is gathered in one place.

It is also helpful to put an N or arrow in the yard using bushes to help your neighbors find your house.

I tried to spell Boo! But you can't read it at the angle the neighborhood opens up on, and the house was in the way, so I settled for G although it could be a 6... I tried!
