Hooray, there will be a Halloween update!

7. The Halloween event (The Great Ghost Escape) will begin at midnight on the 21st of October in your time zone. You will need to be at Level 10 and above to participate.

So that means I will be updating this weekend.
Fortunately I have plenty of time next week for ghost hunting (and of course making a teen) .

Doesn't really matter I suppose. I imagine 99% of us will be sleeping...

Good question, both make sense. I don't know if it is Sunday -> Monday or Monday -> Tuesday.
I will be preparing myself for this on Sunday so either way I'm ready for it.

For goals midnight starts at 12.01 am. So I guess the event will start at night when sunday 20th becomes monday 21st, 12.01 am

The following post is to go live on my blog at Midnight + 00:01 of the morning of the 21st of October.
I hestated to post it sooner, but what the heck, it's an easy peasy list (but hard to do, I suspect)!

This event is short in goals, starts at Midnight (local time) on the 21st of October and finishes on the 1st of November. If you do not finish in time, you can't get the time-limited items!!!

The Great Ghost Escape

- Buy a Spooky Piece of Furniture
(Halloween is just around the corner and to celebrate we're giving away all-new Halloween prizes! Let's start by purchasing a new spooky piece of furniture. They're the items in the home store marked with the red ghost icon.)

- Catch a ghost
(Oooh... spooky! Okay, now get an adult Sim to search for ghosts! Tap the piece of haunted furniture and select "Search for Ghosts".)

- Become a level 7 Ghost Hunter!
(Uh-oh, there are 6 new ghosts in town! I recommend you level up your Sims' ghost hunting skills. Those new ghosts are going to be extra hard to catch. Keep searching for ghosts until your Sim reaches Level 7.)

- Catch Beetlegeist
(Awesome! Okay, now your Sim is skilled enough to catch the trickier ghosts! Catch Beetlegeist! Be careful! These last 6 ghosts are faster than your average ghoul.)

- Catch all the ghosts!
(You're almost there! Just a few more to go. Hurry, time is short!)
