It has always been a bit random for me - and although I would usually send sims to a competition with all needs maxed out, I would quite often get some other than 1st place. I haven't observed any change since the update - 1st place sufficiently often, but mixed with also other results.DelDel wrote:Has anyone noticed a change in the Competition Center rewards? I use it daily, and before this update I would get 1st place (3LP) nearly every time. Occasionally I would only get 2nd place. (1LP)
But since this update, I have gotten 3rd place twice, even though my sims were maxed out.
Anyone else noticing the same thing?

Ok thanks Jana! I appreciate it...hopefully 3rd place doesn't come round as often.+.jana.+ wrote:It has always been a bit random for me - and although I would usually send sims to a competition with all needs maxed out, I would quite often get some other than 1st place. OMG yes.+.jana.+ wrote:The iPhone notifications are now loud and sim-lish!!!
I did not have that before, I did not change any settings, but now, out of the blue, I hear the good old (yet from the original PC Sims) "soosoo" - notifying me that someone woke up!

People starting a new game now have to build the Salon. It no longer comes pre-built like it has since it was added in the Salon update.

Sims can now have a "Romantic Meal" together at the restaurant!
I found it odd that no one has posted this yet...So if it's not new, forgive me.
Since I don't really use the restaurant I did a search of the forum before posting. I didn't see this romantic meal option previously mentioned anywhere else on the forum, so I'm assuming it's new.
But hey...it's new to me at least!

I would never have picked this up as my Sims don't go to the restaurant. Great spotting.DelDel wrote:Sims can now have a "Romantic Meal" together at the restaurant!
Was it just Adult Sims you tried this with?

Thanks. I suspect this would work with seniors too. I think that would be my favourite. Romantic seniors are so cute. I love watching an elderly couple walk down the road hand in hand. So darn sweet!DelDel wrote:It also works with teenagers.
