Android has the update first, looks like there are two new hobbies: Musical Expression for babies and Toddler Finger Painting. And two new quests: Nanny Knows Best and Super Toddler Secret Mission (August 13th).

New content available from level 10+

It's available for iOS users now!

Changes
Can now see the roof via floor button without having to be in build mode
Babies now have hair options
New clothes for babies, existing clothes updated - can also just wear a diaper
Cribs have changed
Can place items along the right and back edge of the lots again
Some home store sections have been reorganized
Babies can visit places now
Life Dream progress numbers have changed again
Cats will play with each other like dogs do
Animations for bottle feeding a baby and changing their diaper different
Needs icon on items in the home store now in the upper left corner
Can place paintings in inventory and hang them on walls
Glitch won't let you adopt an orphan baby - fixed with 5.15.2 update
Toddlers, preteens, and teens have to complete an extra 1% of their life dream
Babies now have a 5 day life span and toddlers have a 7 day life span
Previously 'invisible' happiness bars on pets now visible
Glitch with some players returning to the game to find all sims idle
When canceling the "clean up" action you have to wait for the sim to have the plate in hand now
More experience for hibernating action with baby
Can no longer get a finished painting by canceling the painting action
Tropical Resort pool interior is free
Sandpit is only available through the Children's Store on the town map, not through the home store
Some Android users can't buy collars in the Pet Salon
People starting a new game have to build the Salon
Sims can now have a Romantic Meal at the Restaurant
Town map view shows the real paver width of pools now
Japanese fountain can now be moved and/or placed into inventory and "Admired" by sims.

It's official, part of the requirement to do the first new quest is to add a baby.

*Edit* This requirement is only for people who don't have a baby already!

You can now see the roof of the house by going up on the floor level button on the right of the screen

Thank you for this. Good to know I'll have to get my sim limit down before I update. I've never held off on updating before. I'm far too impatient! I don't think I'll actually mind this time. I am looking forward to more interactive babies but I'd like to squeeze a few more LP out of my extra sims before I let them go.

It looks like you may only have to get rid of sims if you are over the limit and don't have a baby. Someone said on Facebook that the game allowed them to use the baby they already had!

Well, darn. I guess I'll go ahead and delete Ruby, and start a new baby percolating. The update is apparently not available for Kindle yet.

No. Silly me saved just after starting the new baby. Well, it's not too bad. At least I have some platinum orbs saved up.

So sorry you deleted your baby. Did they have a lot of connections you have to rebuild now?
