I have unlocked everything, fortunately. I even got that picnic basket. But I'm really tired of all the unlucky spells - it was the same during the spa event with those coins. Hopefully, it'll be easier soon. I really want to get some of the items :)

And I just got 2 repeats lol. I think I jinxed myself. At least we got 10 days for the event.

40 hours into the event and haven't unlocked a single pack yet :/ 2 more badges to go... It doesn't help that my sim tracker is buggy for the survivalist task and often doesn't show up as completed even when it's actually finished.

Finally managed to complete the grid 1 time, but the repeats are horrible. When I restarted the grid using my 2 sims, they both got the same item the 1st 2 times! What are the odds, when you have 12 open slots, you basically get the same one 4 times in a row! Crazy! And I've even been using LPs to try to make it go quicker. Doesn't seem possible to speed this up to get it over with.

Maybe they thought they made it too easy the last time and reconsidered :|

They definitely made it harder. FM are wizards at making something that's supposed to be fun feel like a chore. I still need 1 badge to get the first pack.

Yeah at this rate I will have to do this event four more times to get them all.

I use 1 lp after half an hour. And I've put most of my sims on LP grinding duty. Thankfully I've got lots of LP's saved up.

I've started doing this too. It hurts less to use one LP at a time than to spend a truckload on the lucky spin on the last day, even though it might add up to a similar amount.
