Problems after the new update!!!!!!

Hi guys! After the new update I can't log in to cloud or the party boat! I uninstalled the game, an after reinstalling I cannot login in the cloud to download the saved data! I have nokia lumia 520, windows phone, and I use game center neighbors! How can I get my data back?

As you are using a windows phone, you might need a bit more patience.

I've tried even rebooting my phone, still nothing ... I wanna play the game, and finish in time the Halloween quest !!!!!! :(

Has anyone had this problem? 250/250 MB has downloaded, but the game is at 99%. I may have to start all over again, grrr!

I am seeing suggestions on Facebook that if you have this problem try turning your WiFi off and finishing the download on just data. I don't know if it will work, though.

I wanted to speed up the quest. But after finishing the first search for candies the little ghost is gone. It doesn't show up anywhere. Anyone else having the same problem?

And Another problem: the game isn't playable anymore on my iPhone 4. It crashes continously. I hardly can save the game and the Sims stop doing their actions. Very annoying.

I had the same problem just now updating my main game on my iPad. I turned off my WiFi and linked to my phone's hotspot, forced closed the game, and then opened it back up. When the game came back up the download progress had gone down to 74% but not even 30 seconds after the loading screen appeared.

Another will show up 5 minutes after the previous.

I have a similar issue on iPad, it stops after 1MB :shock: I don't have access to data.. Went back to Android Tablet, probably will wait w/update on it. Very frustrating!
