Don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but the Chocolatier hobby now has 2 options, 3 hrs and 15 min or 6 hrs and 15 min.

I'm probably one of the few who like the new neo Tokyo lot, as that's where I built my "spaceship" and it definitely adds to the futuristic look!

I use my old Tokyo lot (2015)as a Rabbit hole Easter house but no change to its grass or side walk as mentioned. It is on a premium lot.The one I just purchased from the Architect tab(2017) on a regular lot does extend as explained in an earlier post.

Makes one wonder what we'll be expected to do for the next chocolatier event given that we can now also have 12 benches. Nothing to our advantage I'm sure.

They are not really fixed. They can be used to clean up dishes or to wash hands and fingernails, but you can't put anything onto them like we could do while the last update

Regarding the paperboy ads (videos), there are new items to win. Gone are the toasters and tea sets, and I've seen the tall fern, sci fi counter top, and Japanese toilet as possible freebies. Still ticked off about only getting 1 LP or SP, though. I hope they continue to rotate new items in, maybe twice a year?
