Penthouse Update - Changes

I love the stairs!

It fits with the whole urban themed house. Especially if you combine it with brick walls, urban lamps, that'd be really cool!

I'm in the middle of building my own right now.

Looking forward to seeing what creative folks come up with.

There are new items when you build the penthouses that aren't available in the home store. I built Sanctuary in Sky and have found a number, so far. I'm sure there will be a comprehensive list with better pictures coming soon on the forum.

I love the Penthouse glass doors and the black glass partitions. I love the modern style. Plus I finally have a piano.

There is a white version of piksaar lamp in the fourth penthouse template. I can't see the penthouse name as I'm mid-build. These lamps really caught my eye when I first looked. The food processor is cool too. Actually I am happy all round with these new building spaces. I need some time to get creative with these new places

For now, yes. But I suspect all of the new items from these penthouses will be made available at some point in the future. Maybe in the mystery box shop or as an online bundle. I would love it if these couches and more like them would be unlocked in a future event but I'm not too hopeful.

Lofty Penthouse

In the Lofty Penthouse there are 2 Black 2x1 Ottomans and 1 Black Chaise which I believe will be rewards for the upcoming Closets live event so I didn't include pics of them.

I love both the Black & White Delice wardrobes. I wish we could purchase them. Hopefully soon.

If we can have stairs like this in real life I think sims can survive without a railing on one type of stairs I like them
