I just got a mini-update for my game and I have auto updates turned off. Anyone notice a change?

The wedding venue on the tropical island has had a few changes that I'm assuming go along with how it works at the wedding venue template.

The officiate action lasts 15 minutes instead of 5 minutes and sims who are already married can get married again.

Edit: And the ceremony itself is now 5 minutes instead of 1 minute.

The bunkbeds have longer sleeping times now.

"Go to sleep" is 3 hours and 10 minutes instead of 40
And the "sleep through alarm" action has been added.

Unfortunately it doesn't count for the social task "Sleep through alarm". Guess the same for weekly tasks and quests.

WOO-HOO!!!! Something that I truly ❤️ & appreciate from FM! No more accidently buying more of an item that you've forgotten you already have 1/2 a dozen (or more!) of already. I've got so much stuff in my inventory and with the categories being so broad & no real organization in them that I frequently forget what I already have. Especially since I've done the 'build & demolish' thing w/ the architect and template homes w/o making note of every item in the house.

I think I might send a quick thank-you note to FM for actually doing something right that can really be a benefit to the players. We really need to encourage good behavior from FM. ;) :D

I agree my inventory is a mess and the fact that I will no longer buy an item even if I already have it in the inventory is a huge change for me :) Also I can see two additional rare prizes from the mistery boxes. I still have 5 rug packs from the fishing hobby but now I also have two packs of winter clothing from the 2016 event that I missed, half of that pack I already won in the marketplace event but the other half was constantly in my store and I'm really happy I will finally be able to get it for free :) so that means I have to collect keys for the next 42 weeks to able to get all the rare prizes 😨

For me, the problem with change in inventory (besides not knowing price until you place all owned items) is that you CAN'T purchase if you already own one. I have organized my inventory in a way that makes sense to me, and sometimes leave items there on purpose and but new. One example: I seasonally decorate some lots and keep "off season" items in inventory. If I need one for another lot, I'll buy it new. Or used to.
