Looks like building a location in the Magical Rainforest counts as buying a prize (daily tasks) for this event lol. Just happened to me in my second game.

Has anyone completed this event yet? I’m curious what the Designer Backyard house looks like on a premium lot.

Why am I unable to place the fence directly to the house like in the Designer Backyard House template?

Place a door at the corner..then place the new fence. After that you can remove the door.

Will there be an additional 24h or so to buy prizes once the event is finished? I'm running low on pottery of all things - and I'm not sure whether it'll work out in time. I think I'll only have a 5 minutes time frame to buy things until the event is finished...

I don't see why they would change it so I'm sure we'll get the extra 24 hours to purchase any pack you had unlocked. I'm also behind with the pottery.

I finished this event with about 10 hours to spare, and I wasn't perfect at getting on every 2.5 hours because I was busy/sick during it. Didn't really bother with getting the bonuses. Spent maybe about 50SP total on getting packs early, mainly out of impatience rather than necessity. So this one didn't seem too bad to me!

Really wish we had gotten gates to go with the fences
