I love the cat lapping the spilled drink.
Because I have a cat that LOVES to ‘investigate’ any glass or mug on my bedside table and thereby nearly knocking it over, the cat was practically the first thing I noticed.

My Sims Freeplay app shows an update but it says hospital on iOS. I think theres a glitch.
