They’ve confirmed that they have listened to feedback and reduced the amount of keys! If you’ve already bought the mystery boxes they’ll refund the difference

We should be able to get keys in these new community challenges too...

I'm so happy about this! I hadn't bought any boxes yet because I didn't want to be disappointed if I didn't get the hair colors I really wanted. Now I've bought all the boxes; it only took me the first 7 to get the hair color I wanted the most

Just noticed the change in keys required in my game and was coming here to post about it. Glad I hadn't bought any box yet.

I bought one box a few hours ago at 4 keys. Looking forward to a refund.

Yay! Finally bought a box and 6/9 pieces were shoes. At least I can buy 3 more boxes now!

I wasn't going to buy any boxes at 4 keys a box. I had a little bit of hope that they might change it but wasn't really banking on it. I almost didn't complete this week's weekly task because I was so bummed. I eventually did it, though, and now I'm glad I did. I just need two more keys to get everything.

I'm very glad they changed the keys back! The 4 keys were really making me consider leaving this game completely.

I was refunded six keys this morning since I bought two boxes at the 4 key price. Now I only have one more key to earn. I am happy that Firemonkeys listened to us this time.
