This is why I build the free templates on the ocean view plots and demolish them nearly straight away now. Profitable in both Simoleons and parts.

Yep I do that too! At least then you will get a few free items. I keep a relatively low amount of houses so that even after the free one it is still cheaper for me to buy the house and take the stuff rather than buy all those items from the home store.

Did anyone experience any issues with Laura Craft during the Live Event? After I purchased her (The first time I have btw), my game continue to freeze and crash every time I collected resources. This happened every time I went to get my Sims to collect more resources. However, after every time I set my Sims to collect resources, when I go to collect them, all of my Sims have stopped what they are doing - this includes my other Sims who were either planting or hibernating.

I reported the issue to Firemonkeys and I got about 20 LPs and Simoleons in return. Considering I had to pay real life money for SPs to complete the event, I don't think the issue was even worth reporting in the end...

That sounds even more frustrating Honestly, if I was in the same situation I‘d send another ticket and ask for the number of SPs needed to complete the event.
