Christmas 2015 Update - Changes

There will be three new quests - Christmas Chill Quest, Secret Winter Wonderland Quest, and Styles of Time quest. There will be new ice furniture and a Gingerbread House

And in January a new discovery quest - A Puppy Odyssey. Unlocks new pets - puppies and kittens, and 2 new hobbies. Can age puppies and kittens into dogs and cats.

New logo
Five new VIP levels (makes it 10 levels in total)
Now most Xmas items for sale
It now costs 10LP to skip Weekly goals and Social goals
iOS now has the Facebook neighbor glitch (only see 25)
The Plumbob is different
Some sounds that went missing in the last update are back (ghost hunting noise, dog barking with treasure)
Higher resolution
Adults look down at toddlers when talking to them
The screen no longer moves to a sim that has been whistled over
If you whistle more than one sim over the plumbob stays with the first sim, it doesn't go to the last sim anymore
The light brown color of the long hair without bangs is now a dark brown color
The loading screen appears every time you switch to a new location or go to the wardrobe
Graphic glitch with sim ladies' legs
Cats are bigger
The medium rock flooring is back (have to change it back yourself) and the newer option is called dark slate
The Pet Salon can now be built before completing the Life Dreams and Legacies quest
Takes less time to fill pet's happiness bar

Five new VIP levels.

In addition to existing levels the following are added at each new level:
Level 6 - "Collect all revenue" button
Level 7 - Daily monument resource
Level 8 - Daily social point flower seeds
Level 9 - Hip hop threads (clothes)
Level 10 - Additional sim per household (that would make 6 sims in a house max)

The Christmas items are on sale for 24 days now and they include the Xmas Door, Xmas Dinner Table, the Xmas Couch, Kinara, Santa's Milk and Cookies, Snowman, and the wallpapers! Everything but the Menorah, I can't find it anywhere.

You can see a preview of the Gingerbread House right away. The details say it is available once The Secret Winter Wonderland Quest has been completed.

The new sale items do not show in my Ipad. Does that mean I have to update first before getting these goodies?...I want them!!!!

Yes, you have to update to get those items.

No one knows when the Secret Winter Wonderland quest will start. But it looks like the Christmas Chill quest will start on the 8th.

I just updated & saw the addl Christmas stuff being offered. Bad time to update...just before going to Work! The 3 day pre-Christmas Event immediately started. Am on the 9.5 hr task of posting flyers on Park lamp posts. Prize ... clothes.

The 3 day "pre-Christmas Event" is the Christmas Chill quest.
