Cat bug in Sims Freeplay?

Hi everyone,

I just started Sims Freeplay (Level 6 rn) and bought my first dog and cat. The dog is working fine, but the cat isn't. First of all it doesn't really "walk", it just hovers over the ground without moving its legs or head. When an exclamation mark appears above the cat and I click that, nothing happens at all. When I click the shovel icon above the dog, there is always a small reward, simoleons or something, but nothing at all with the cat. The cat's "happy bar" is at maximum and I can also have the characters interact with it, but it doesn't change anything. I allready quit and restarted the game, but it's still the same. Does anyone else have this problem and/or knows if there is a solution?
