Thanks ErinPW! After a few days of trying to clean them and restarting ect...lol.....I found that I had to stay on that Sim the entire time it took to clean the pools. Every now and then my pools start acting up again so I just repeat restarting ect and babysit the Sim while they clean. 😊

Does the pool stay green after your Sim did the job several times? In this case you’d need help from Online Support.
