Have you completed the Multi-Story Renovations quest that unlocks multiple floors, yet? You'll only see architect houses that are one story until you complete that quest.

Has anyone else had the call for "castle themed" homes? Think this might be the clue for the next update??

Yes, I've had that pop-up for several days. I can't really envision a castle-themed update, though, since we already have the castle on the island.

We've had these types of pop ups before. It just means the next batch of architect houses will be castle themed. Or whatever FM thinks is castle themed.
Their "Country Homestead" themed houses didn't have any of the country homestead furniture in it.
