Hey, have anyone tried adding Google Play Games neighbors recently? I've noticed a new friends option there. Could anyone add me?

A few weeks ago I‘ve been told you can add friends, but they don‘t show up on the party boat. This was while the Holiday Francaise Update. Possibly it has been changed in the current update (?) Guess, it‘s worth a try.

As I don‘t play on Android I can‘t help with this

After checking with the current update, it looks like friends are still not showing up on the party boat.
